Order Tracking
Every order is dispatched with full tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or submit a ticket.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. During peak seasons (November-December) processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and reship at your expense.
